Hey everyone! I've finally made my Munch and Meditate wellness packet live and I can't wait for you to tell me what you think! I've been working on this for a while and I hope you love it. Recipes and audio meditations are a great way to punch up your routine. If you've been wanting to begin a meditation practice and start cooking more, this is the first of many packets of recipes and meditations to help you along your journey. Enjoy!!

What kitchen gadgets do I need? A food processor, a steamer, medium pan for cooking
What if I'm not plant-based or vegan, will I still enjoy these recipes? Yes, these recipes are balanced and delicious, appealing to those with a sweet tooth or those who love savory foods. They are perfect for kids and adults.
What if I don't meditate? Will I be able to follow along? Absolutely! You have to start somewhere so why not have someone guide you along? Start to meditate with a guide then move on to meditating in silence or listening to sounds or music. Or do all of the above!

Nicole’s recipes are fun, simple and delicious. She charms you with her wit and her vast food knowledge and lets her cooking be the star of the book. She also uses more common ingredients, something you don’t need to travel 50 miles to a specialty store to acquire, which is a rare gift. Her easy to follow directions and tips are very valuable to everyone from the novice cook to a more experienced one.

West Soy unsweetened plain soy milk is organic soybeans and water. Beautiful. If I don't buy milk, I make it myself, either almond or oat milk. Yesterday I bought oat milk and it is DELICIOUS!


How to Make Fluffy Basmati Rice

I'm always and forever trying to make rice like they make at Indian or Persian restaurants. It's so delicious, fluffy and flavorful and I love the texture of basmati rice. So, I was talking to a friend who makes rice alot and he helped me with the recipe. The idea is to sautee the rice first and add ingredients that will give it flavor such as garlic, onion, spices etc. I serve the rice with beans or tofu, either sauteed or in a curry sauce. Rice is just so amazing, it's simple but nutritious and is a great alternative to bread or other grains.
