Peanut Butter Oat Truffles

I was starving yesterday and I wanted something sweet so I whipped these up in two seconds. These are perfect to take to a BBQ or summer time party, just keep them out of the sun. Four ingredients, delicious and healthy, you can't go wrong with these. You can substitute almond butter for the peanut butter, you can use any nut butter for that matter. If you are gluten-free  make sure the oats are gluten-free. The spices in these just make them so delish.

Truffle recipe:
2 tbsp of peanut butter
3/4 cup of rolled oats
2 tbsp of maple syrup
2 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of nutmeg

Mix all ingredients in your food processor and then roll in your hand to make the truffle shape. Store in a container in the fridge. Like...yum!
My mom ordered me a brand new Cuisinart food processor and I'm so psyched to get it! It's going to make my raw desserts that much easier. I have a food network food processor now that is the bomb but it's too small for what I make so my mom is going to take that one. I want to make some more, awesome desserts to share with you.
