Superfood Overnight Oats

I know, I eat chia seed pudding or overnight oats every morning. Are you bored with these recipes yet? I'm not! I've been stuck using all strawberries because I need to go shopping. I haven't had bananas in a few weeks and I miss them! I also miss dates a bit but I haven't bought them in so long since all I do is eat them....nature's candy! I miss them when I see some amazing raw desserts. I may have to cave and buy a bunch to make a recipe or two.

Back to breakfast! Tonight I made overnight oats for breakfast tomorrow with a few of my favorite superfoods. Chia seeds, goji berries, cacao nibs, flaxseed meal and 3 sliced strawberries.

1/2 cup of rolled oats
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 oz of goji berries
1 oz of cacao nibs
2 tbsp of flaxseed meal
3 fresh organic strawberries
3/4 cups of almond milk
1 scoop of protein powder
2 tbsp of peanut butter
Yes, a ton of ingredients! Combine the milk, oats and protein powder and mix well. Add in the rest of the superfoods and mix. Add the peanut butter and mix well then slice the strawberries on top of everything. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
