1 cup of coconut water
1/2 cup of oats
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
2 organic strawberries sliced
3 dates cut into small pieces
1 sliced banana
Add the 1/2 cup of oats to a small pot and turn on low heat. Add the coconut water and stir occasionally. I did not get that slimy film that oats sometimes get when you cook them. Cook the oats for about 10 minutes- no more than 10 minutes. Remove the oats from the heat and stir in your chocolate protein powder.
Pour the chocolate oats into a bowl and slice up your fruit. Add it to the top of your oats and enjoy!
