Vanilla chia seed pudding
I made this in a mason jar and refrigerated it for breakfast tomorrow. It's fruit, healthy fat and protein for a filling breakfast. Delete the coconut cream if you are watching your weight; I took most of it off before I refrigerated this.
1 cup of non dairy milk
2 tbsp of chia seeds
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp of peanut butter
Coconut cream (I didn't measure it)
Add the milk, chia seeds and protein powder to a mason jar or bowl and stir vigorously. Slice a small banana into the pudding. Add the peanut butter and then the coconut cream and refrigerate overnight. Serve for breakfast and enjoy :)
