Oat tropical fruit smoothie

I was going to make toast and avocado for breakfast but when I opened my fridge I realized I wanted a smoothie. I have a ton of frozen tropical fruit in my freezer and I bought coconut water at Trader Joe's.

I added oats for fiber. Here is the simple recipe:
1/4 cup of oats
8 oz of coconut water
A splash of nondairy milk
1 scoop of protein powder
2 cups of frozen tropical fruit
Ninja blender
Blend on high until everything is smooth. Pour in your favorite cup or pour in a mason jar and take it with you. This was so delish and refreshing.
