Strawberry banana vanilla protein powder chia seed pudding

Isn't that the longest title ever?! I'm not a huge huge fan of Arbonne's vanilla protein powder, at least as much as I love the chocolate flavor. But I have a huge bag of vanilla so I made chia seed pudding last night not knowing if I was going to like it. I just devoured it- it was so good!

2 tbsp of chia seeds
3/4 cup of almond milk
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 banana
A few strawberries

The protein powder gives it enough sweetness so that you don't need to add a sweetener. I made my pudding in a mason jar. Pour the chia seeds, milk and protein powder in a mason jar and shake it up. Add a sliced banana and a few strawberries on top. Put the lid on and refrigerate overnight. Wake up and you have a deliciously sweet breakfast full of omegas and antioxidants. This will be my new go-to chia seed pudding flavor :)
