Smoothie For a Calm Tummy


Ugh I haven't felt good since Tuesday! My stomach feels icky and I have a chest cold, runny nose and body aches. I'm starting to feel better but I'm not back to 100% yet. This morning I made a smoothie that is super yummy.
1.5 cup of coconut water
2 cups of frozen blueberries
2 bananas
2 tbsp of chia seeds
2 tbsp of peanut butter
Blend everything well. I topped the smoothie with goji berries. I'm hoping to feel better by tomorrow!
