Cookie Dough Balls

These are perhaps the best invention when you have a sweet tooth but want to be sugar free. They are just three simple ingredients and it takes under five minutes to whip these up. Dates, oats and coconut oil.

Put 1 cup of oats in your food processor and blend on high.  Pit and break in half 6 soft medjool dates and add to the food processor while it's still blending. Then melt and add coconut oil to the food processor. Add about 2 tbsp of oil because you don't want to make them too oily.

After adding a few dates, you will see the mixture become thicker and stickier. Then the coconut oil will thin the mixture out a little bit and it will start mixing better. *Add water instead of coconut oil to make the crust no fat.

Take out of your food processor and shape into balls. Store in an airtight container. They are insanely awesome!! Make sure you don't kill your food processor motor so add soft dates and break them up. Once everything looks blended, turn your processor off and shape into balls.
