Nutella!! Another great one for the kiddies.

I think I've tried nutella only once in my life and I remember it being good but I wasn't hooked on it.  People RAVE about it and kids love it so I decided to make a vegan version.  I looked at the ingredients on the nutella jar and I cut out some of them.  

I only used five ingredients: agave nectar, unsweetened cocoa, hazelnuts, almond milk and soy powder.  So, it's simply combining those ingredients in your food processor and taste testing.  It took under five minutes to make vegan nutella.

1 1/2 tbsp. of agave nectar
1/4 cup of hazelnuts
1 tbsp. of unsweetened cocoa
1/8 cup of almond milk
1 tbsp. of soy powder

Combine all ingredients in your food processor and process on high.  It won't be as smooth as the store bought nutella but it's still rich and delicious and tastes exactly like nutella.  Add more soy powder if it's too runny.  Eat any way you would eat nutella.  The kids will love it!!
