I only added half of a cucumber because that's all I had but feel free to put in a whole cucumber. The beet flavor is very overwhelming so add a sweet fruit like mango.
Also, yesterday I juiced a few oranges to make my own freshly squeezed orange juice. A great way to get your vitamin c and not having to buy orange juice from the store. With the pulp from the beet juice and the mango, cucumber, carrot juice I made previously, I made a smoothie. After adding the pulp, I put in vanilla protein powder, 5 dates, 4 cucumbers and water.
