I do love a BBQ and it's super easy to be vegan at BBQ. This past weekend, I went to my family's lake house and we grilled two nights. I usually have a veggie burger but I didn't have any left so I ate veggie hotdogs instead. It took us about a half hour to whip up this BBQ. Two vegan hotdogs, roasted red bliss potatoes and sweet peppers on the grill in olive oil wrapped in tinfoil and corn on the cob on the grill. It was delicious!
