Lean, mean and green

I wanted to make a green shake tonight so I went to Trader Joe's and bought some produce. I got home, threw a few things into my Ninja and out came the most delicious green smoothie ever! Here is what I did:
A few fresh mint leaves
1 avocado

1 pear
1/4 of a cucumber
2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp of flaxseed
A handful of raw mixed nuts
2 cups of vanilla almond milk
A few ice cubes
Blend everything and you will have a slightly minty tasting vanilla shake. I was only able to drink half of it so I'm saving the rest for breakfast tomorrow.
