Boil and peel 8-10 white or red bliss potatoes
Cut up in small pieces and put in a medium sized bowl.
Put the following in your food processor: two cloves of garlic, juice from a lemon, 2tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of water, fresh spinach, seas salt, process until smooth. Taste and then pour over your potatoes. Mix until all the potatoes are covered. Take to your next BBQ! It's delicious :)
