Another fabulous smoothie :)

I made a fabulous smoothie for tomorrow morning, it is just so delicious...I came home from running and set to work on that and a new iced tea recipe. Here is the smoothie recipe:
1 banana
4 dates
1 avocado
Chia seeds
Oats
Chocolate protein powder (Arbonne)
4 ice cubes
I added a lot of water because the shake is thick and leaving it in the fridge overnight will thicken it even more. I blended on high for about a minute
This smoothie is high calorie. So if you are looking to lose weight, drink half of it. Or drink it all and count it as a big breakfast. More smoothie recipes on the way!
