Breakfast Oat Smoothie


This smoothie is very filling.  It's perfect for breakfast if you're rushing and don't have time to eat and it will also hold you over until lunch or a little bit later.  This is good if you are on a weight loss plan or cleansing.  It's also a nice recovery shake after vigorous exercise.

1/2 cup of rolled oats
1 cup of Trader Joe's frozen organic mixed berries
1 scoop of vanilla Arbonne protein powder and 1 scoop of chocolate powder
1 tbsp. of chia seeds
Blender on high
